1. Sand the surface to help the paint adhere.

2. Wipe down with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris.
3. Use a roller for applying paint to get an even finish.
4. Apply a primer (e.g. Dulux) to seal the surface.

5. Let it dry fully before moving on.
6. Paint with your colour of choice — eggshell finish is more durable than matt.

7. Finish with a polyurethane top coat for a durable and silky smooth result.
